friendly staff good breakfast
the location was excellent for moving about the city. the staff are very friendly, they kept the place super clean and provided a good breakfast.
uber drivers had trouble with the narrow street in front of the building.

really good stay!
helpful staff power cords adapter airport shuttle
the staff was helpful. they provided an adapter for us power cords, a fantastic bonus. they also gave great recommendations for places to eat, which i found invaluable. the hotel coordinated a shuttle service from the airport, simplifying our arrival.
uber drivers did not pick up or drop off directly in front, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel features a free coffee machine for residents, which dispenses both coffee and hot chocolate. it is perfect for quick refreshments. residents regularly dropped in between outings because of this machine.

our duplex room had floor to ceiling windows leading onto a little balcony. there was a master bedroom with an ensuite on a mezzanine level. the lower floor had a sofa that turned into a proper bed and a bathroom.

the hotel is equidistant to the riverside and the centro historico. this is perfect for walking around. i found the location convenient for exploring various sights and attractions.

missing coffee maker narrow street
The breakfast was acceptable (nothing special).
I found several issues . The absence of a coffee maker in the room was a disappointment. the promised complimentary water was only provided on the first day, I thought this was unacceptable and i had to pay for it after the first day. The uber drivers would not pick up or drop me off in front of the hotel due to the narrow one way street, I had to walk a block up the hill in the rain.
